CHOCOLATE CHIP COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6-12 oz. chocolate chips

Combine 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, and chocolate chips; set aside. Cream 1 cup sugar with butter; beat in eggs and add vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, and soda together. Alternating: add flour and sour cream to the sugar-butter mixture. In a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan smooth 1/2 the batter and top with 1/2 chip mixture; layer once more with remaining batter and chips. Swirl a knife through the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
