MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2/3 brick Vermont sharp Cheddar
2/3 of a pound American cheese
1 container sour cream
1 cup milk
1 box elbow macaroni

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cut Cheddar and American cheese into small cubes and put in a saucepan. Add sour cream and milk and cook on low heat, stirring often until sauce is melted.

Meanwhile, cook macaroni just short of being completely done (noodles will continue to cook in oven).

When pasta is ready, drain and pour into a casserole dish. Pour sauce on top and mix.

If desired, you can cut the remaining Cheddar cheese and add to the top.

Put it in the oven and cook for 45 minutes to an hour. As soon as it is brown, it is done.
