TUNA MACARONI & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
Enjoy, this is a very delicious and super easy recipe!!!

1 box thick & creamy macaroni cheese dinner (I use the Great Value brand by Walmart)
2 (5 oz. ea.) cans tuna, drained (chunk light in water)
1/2 to 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery or chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup Kraft mayonnaise (or any variety of your choice)
1 (8 oz.) can sweet peas, drained (Le Sueur)
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder

TOPPINGS:

3/4 to 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 sleeve Townhouse or Ritz crackers, crushed
3/4 to 1 stick butter, melted

Prepare macaroni and cheese dinner as directed on box; mix with remaining ingredients. Top with shredded cheese, then mix melted butter and cracker crumbs together, then sprinkle on top of the cheese.

Bake in a preheated 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes: You can also use cream of mushroom soup in place of the other soups. Mayonnaise gives the casserole a richer, creamier flavor. Also, you can add about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of chopped onions for added flavor.
