HANKY PANKY 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Pumpernickel or rye bread, thin sliced

Brown sausage and ground beef, drain off grease. Add mushrooms, chopped and Velveeta, cubed. Mix until melted. Spread mixture on thin sliced pumpernickel or rye bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cut into small squares, serve warm.
