TUNA OR CHICKEN BOATS 
2 cans tuna fish (or 1 c. chicken, chopped)
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. onion, minced
1 capful lemon juice
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
butter
Dinner rolls

Mix all ingredients (except butter). Add enough mayonnaise to make the right consistency. Cut top off each dinner roll and save. Mash a hole in the bottom part of rolls. Fill with salad. Replace tops and brush with butter. Wrap each roll in aluminum foil. Place in large, shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
