MOCK CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can tuna fish
1 c. med. white sauce (1 c. milk, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour)
1 sm. bag potato chips
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 sm. can mushrooms (optional)

Mix fish and white sauce. Crush potato chips, saving some to sprinkle on top. Dice eggs and add chips and eggs to mixture. Add diced mushrooms. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
