MOCK CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
Salt
Pepper
1 c. tuna fish
3 oz. potato chips
1 c. mushrooms
2 1/2 c. milk

Heat butter; add flour and pepper. Mix well. Add milk gradually and cook, stirring constantly. Separate fish in flakes; crush potato chips, saving a few for the top. Mix altogether. Pour into greased casserole. Cover with chips and bake 30 minutes in a moderate oven.
