HAM & BROCCOLI CHEESE PIE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (10 inch) pie shell, unbaked
2 c. cooked ham, cubed
2 c. cheese, shredded
3 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. cheese, shredded

Cook broccoli until tender and drain. In unbaked pie shell layer 1/2 of ham, broccoli, cheese and onion; repeat layers. Gradually stir milk into beaten eggs; add salt and pepper. Pour carefully over top of filled pie. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons shredded cheese on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower temperature and bake 20 to 30 minutes, until pie is firm in the center. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving. 6 servings.
