EASY CHICKEN STROGANOFF 
1 lb. chicken, cut into cubes (or ground beef)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mushrooms (saute fresh mushrooms or use canned)
Onion powder
Chives or parsley flakes (optional garnish)

Saute meat in small amount of oil (or use cooked chicken), season with onion powder. Add cream of mushroom soup and stir. Add mushrooms and simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Add sour cream and heat through. Garnish with chives or parsley flakes and serve over cooked egg noodles or inside pocket bread.
