COMPANY CHICKEN STROGANOFF 
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 to 3 lb. chicken, disjointed
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 c. sour cream

Combine flour and seasonings. Coat chicken. Reserve remainder. Melt butter and brown chicken in heavy skillet, adding more butter if necessary. Remove chicken and saute mushrooms in drippings. Remove. Arrange chicken in baking dish and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Place on serving dish and keep warm. Drain 3 tablespoons drippings; blend in 3 tablespoons flour mixture; add broth and gradually stir until thickened. Cook 2 minutes. Add mushrooms. Cook 1 minute. Stir in sour cream. Pour over chicken or use as sauce on the table. Yield: 8 servings.
