EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
3/4 to 1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. biscuit mix

Preheat oven 350 degrees. In bowl, beat Eagle Brand milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth. Add biscuit mix and stir well. Chill at least 1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes about 5 dozen.
