SHRIMP AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine
1 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. fresh shrimp, boiled and cleaned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. cooked rice
Red pepper to taste
Bread crumbs

Saute onions, green pepper, and celery in butter. Combine shrimp, soup, rice and other ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Place in buttered 2 quart casserole and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
