CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, well beaten

CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. zweiback, crushed
1/2 c. powdered sugar

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. sugar

Grease bottom and sides of 9" springform pan with a little of the butter. Combine remaining butter with crushed zweiback and powdered sugar. Mix well; press on bottom and sides of spring form pan. Set aside. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Turn into pan with crust. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until center is firm. Mix topping ingredients together. Spread on top. Bake 5 more minutes or until set.
