ORANGE SHERBET SALAD 
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) orange flavored gelatin
1 c. orange sherbet
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained

Pour boiling water on gelatin in bowl, stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add orange sherbet, stir until melted. Stir in orange segments. Pour into 4 inch mold, refrigerate until firm.
