ORANGE SHERBET SALAD OR DESSERT 
2 sm. pkgs. orange Jello
1 pt. orange sherbet
1/2 pt. whipping cream or substitute
1 can mandarin oranges
1 (10 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 banana, not real large
Nuts, if desired

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups very hot water. Add one other cup of water or other liquid. Add sherbet and stir well until dissolved. Cool but not hardened. Add whipped cream and fruit and give plenty of time to harden.
