IN A HURRY! BAKED POTATOES 
3 lg. white baking potatoes
1 stick butter, melted
Garlic salt

Cut potatoes in half. Place flat side down in baking dish. Pour melted butter over all. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.

When fork tender (about 1/2 regular bake potato time) remove from oven and pierce each with fork several times. Allow to stand 5 to 10 minutes to absorb butter. Serves 4 to 6.

Great with baked chicken or Cornish hens.
