EASY BEEF STEW | |
1 1/2 lb. stew meat 1 lb. carrots 2-3 potatoes 1 onion 2 stalks celery 1 can tomato soup 1 can golden mushroom soup Cut stew meat into bite-size pieces. Cut up vegetables and put meat and vegetables together in large casserole dish. Add both cans of soup. Stir. Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours or in a crockpot for 8 hours. |
