QUICK AND EASY BEEF STEW 
2 lb. beef cubes
3-4 potatoes, quartered
3-4 carrots, cut up
1-2 onions, sliced
1 can peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can either tomato or vegetable soup

Put beef cubes in large pan or Dutch oven. Place in cut up vegetables. Pour soups on top. Cover and bake for 5 hours at 275 degrees. Dumplings can be placed on top last 1/2 hour. Can also be put in crock pot on low 8-10 hours.

I'm sure it's easy and tasty, but it's not quick. 5 hours minimum!!!
