QUICK BEEF AND VEGETABLE STEW 
4 c. cubed, cooked beef
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed golden mushroom soup
3/4 c. water
1 onion, quartered
3 carrots, cut into 1" pieces
3 potatoes, cut into 1" cubes
1 1/2 c. (10 oz. pkg.) frozen peas

In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except peas. Simmer, covered, 20 minutes. Add peas and cook 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. 4 to 6 servings.
