4 or 5 med. to lg. potatoes 4 or 5 or 6 carrots 1 onion or any other vegetable you like About 2 c. meat 2 c. water 1 tsp. gravy Master or Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce Peel and cut potatoes into quarters. Scrape and cut carrots long way. Peel and dice onion. Dust met with flour, put all into a 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole dish with cover. Add water plus gravy master, mix up and cook in 350 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes. If more water is needed during cooking add more. |
