EASY BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. cubed very lean beef
Paprika
2 tbsp. flour
3 carrots
2 stalks celery
2 potatoes (med.)
Salt to taste
1 onion

Brown beef in 2 tablespoons oil. Add some paprika for color. Add 2 tablespoons flour for thickening. Dice potatoes, slice carrots, celery, and onion. Cover with water (about 2 1/2 cups) and bring to boil. Add beef and cook until tender. Salt to taste.
