EASY BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. stew beef
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. water
6 med. carrots, peeled and sliced
6 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
4 med. onions, wedged

Dredge stew beef with flour. Brown in oil; remove stew beef to crock pot. Add water to skillet to remove any stuck browning drippings and add to cork pot. Add remaining seasonings and vegetables to crock pot. Use low setting and cook all day (8 hours). Serves 4-6.
