BAR-B-QUE STEW BEEF 
2 cans Hunt's special tomato sauce
1 sm. onion
1 bell pepper
1 1/2 lbs. stew beef
3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. can mushrooms

Cut stew beef into small pieces and place in a frying pan. Chop up onion and bell pepper and add to stew beef. Cover and cook over medium high heat until all water is gone and meat starts sticking to the pan. Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms. Cook on medium to medium-low heat for about 20 minutes. Serve over rice or potatoes.
