BEEF BBQ SANDWICHES 
1 sm. bottle catsup
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 grated or chopped onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)
2 lbs. beef stew meat, cooked super tender or leftover meat, with all fat and bone removed

Mix sauce ingredients together and boil, simmer 10 minutes. Add cooked beef that has been shredded or chopped into small pieces. Heat. This is good kept warm in a crock pot and can be made ahead and reheated without loss of flavor. Serve on fresh buns.
