HAMBURGER AND KRAUT DISH 
5 med. potatoes, cut up into bite size chunks
1 1/2 lbs. of hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
2 lbs. of sauerkraut, package or canned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can of water
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Brown hamburger and chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with non stick cooking spray. Put raw potatoes in bottom of pan. Rinse kraut in colander with 3/4 cup water, drain. Put hamburger on top of potatoes and put drained kraut over the hamburger. Mix soups and 1/2 can water together and spoon over top of kraut. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
