HARLY'S SALSA 
2 (14.5 oz) cans Hunt's petite diced tomatoes
1 (14.5 oz) can Hunt's fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 (7 3/4 oz) can of El Pato (Mexican Hot Style) tomato sauce
2 tsp canned green chiles
1 medium size sweet onion
2 fresh jalapenos
2-3 fresh Serrano peppers
1/4 green pepper
2 tbsp. pickled jalapenos
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 bunch fresh cilantro
1/4 squeezed fresh lime juice
1 tsp. olive oil
Kosher salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, chili powder, cumin to feel/taste (1/8-1/4 tsp?).

This is very easy and comes out medium/hot. I use "The Magic Bullet", but I guess that many of you will use a food processor.

Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a large spoon. Add mixture to your food processor and blend until it's pureed. Pour into a pot and cook on low heat for 30-40 minutes. Refrigerate until cooled.
