CHICKEN CURRY SALAD 
2 c. chicken (cooked)
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. black olives
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. chutney
1 tbsp. curry powder
3 c. cold cooked rice
2 tbsp. French dressing
1/2 c. parsley

Mix just before serving. Serves 4.

Turkey may be used instead of chicken.
