POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag Ore-Ida hash browns, thawed
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. cream of celery soup (mushroom or cream of chicken)
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. grated sharp cheese
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. corn flakes (crushed) or Ritz crackers

Mix all ingredients and bake in 9x13 pan at 350 degrees 1 hour. Top with Ritz crackers or corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter before you bake it.
