HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 (10 oz.) can chicken soup
1/2 can water
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers

Combine potatoes and 1/2 cup butter, soup, water, onions, sour cream and cheese. Place in 2 1/2 quart greased dish. Crush Ritz and mix with 1/4 cup butter. Spread over potato mixture. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
