HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. hash brown potatoes, salted and peppered
1 c. corn flakes (1 or 2 c. whichever you desire)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 onion, chopped

Mix soup, sour cream and onion together and spread over potatoes and corn flakes. Grate Cheddar cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
