HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Place potatoes in a 9"x12" dish. Mix other ingredients and pour over potatoes.

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. shredded cheese

Mix corn flakes, butter and shredded cheese. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
