HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 stick butter, melted

Mix all together. Put in buttered 8x10 inch or 9x11 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour and 15 minutes.

NOTE: After baking about 45 minutes, sprinkle top with crushed cracker crumbs or corn flake crumbs. Serves 10 to 12.
