| BATTER BAKE CHICKEN | |

1 stick butter, melted 1 tsp. salt 1/3 c. flour 1/4 tsp. paprika Mix above ingredients and dip pieces of chicken in batter and lay on cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes, then lower oven to 350 degrees and bake 1 hour more. Needs no turning. | |

This is a great recipe! Just a suggestion though: don't mix the melted butter in with the dry ingredients; but roll the chicken in the butter first, then roll it into the dry ingredients after.
