GOLDEN CHICKEN NUGGET BATTER 
1 lb. chicken, diced
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. water
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. sesame seeds, optional

Mix egg, water and salt; add flour. Dip chicken in batter. Then drain off excess on wax paper. Deep fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
