HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bag hash brown potatoes
1 stick butter
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together and place in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together 2 cups corn flake crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter; sprinkle over the top of the potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
