RHUBARB COBBLER 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. rhubarb
1 tsp. water
1 c. Bisquick
Milk

Cook and stir first 5 ingredients until boils. Cook for 1 minute more. Pour in baking dish with 1 tablespoon butter. Mix Bisquick and milk together to form a dough. Spoon on Bisquick mix and bake in 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
