RHUBARB "DUMP" COBBLER 
4-6 c. diced rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. sugar
1 lg. pkg. yellow cake mix (dry)
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. water (1 c. if rhubarb was frozen)

Spread in layers in order given in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

One of the easiest and best desserts for the summer season. Since rhubarb is often plentiful it could also be made from frozen rhubarb and enjoyed in other seasons as well.
