STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB COBBLER 
2 c. strawberries, hulled & cut
2 c. rhubarb, cut in chunks
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar

Combine above ingredients and microwave on high for 10 minutes. Put in 9 inch round pie plate and cover with mixture of: 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 c. butter (oleo) 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/4 c. milk

Mix dry ingredients and cut in butter. Add egg and milk, just to blend. Drop by tablespoons into fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Microwave on 50 percent power for 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
