STRAWBERRY RHUBARB COBBLER | |
4 c. rhubarb 1 box frozen strawberries 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. tapioca (1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch) 1 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder Dash salt 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. melted butter Mix together rhubarb, strawberries, 1 cup sugar and tapioca. Pour into well buttered dish. Place in 350 degree oven. Stir together flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, milk and butter. Drop on bubbly fruit. Bake for 30 minutes. |
