POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1 onion, chopped

TOPPING:

2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed fine
2 sticks butter

Mix all ingredients and place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Prepare topping and spread over first mixture.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
