SWISS CHEESE VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag Italian vegetables
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions

Cook vegetables until tender. Add soup, cheese, sour cream, 1/2 can onions and mix thoroughly. Pour into 9 inch square pan. Pour remaining onions on top. Bake at 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Recipe can easily be doubled and baked in 9x13 inch pan - same time.
