SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag California Blend, thawed & drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French fried onions

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream and 1/2 can of the onions. Pour into 1 quart covered casserole. Cook 8 minutes on high in microwave oven. Stir halfway through. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Cook uncovered on high for 1 minute or until cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
