SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
16 oz. bag frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese
Pepper
4 oz. jar pimientos, drained (optional)
1 can Durkee french fried onions

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, pepper, pimento, 1/2 can fried onions. Pour into 1 quart casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
