SWEET AND SOUR KIELBASA 
2-3 lbs. kielbasa
1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 jar LaChoy Sweet and Sour Sauce
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) can chunk pineapple

Drain juices from both cans of pineapple.

Boil kielbasa for 10 minutes, drain well (all the water). Mix all remaining ingredients and put in crock pot. Mix in kielbasa. Keep on low in crock pot for about 2 hours until ready to serve.

Cut kielbasa in 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices.
