SOUR CREAM DILL POTATO SALAD 
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. salad dressing
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dill weed
4 c. sliced, cooled, cooked potatoes
1 c. thinly sliced celery
3/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. diced peeled cucumbers, drained
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sliced radishes
3 hard cooked eggs, sliced

Combine first 6 ingredients in mixing bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Add sour cream mixture and toss lightly. Chill several hours to blend flavors. Serve on crisp lettuce with assorted cheeses and favorite sliced meats. Makes 6-8 servings.
