RIB ROAST 
4 or 5 ribs, boned & re-tied
1 env. dry onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put rib roast fat side up in an aluminum foil lined pan. Sprinkle dry onion soup mixture over roast and put on. Add no water or other spices. For medium doneness, roast 3 to 3 1/2 hours, but turn oven down to 325 degrees when roast goes in oven. Approximately 1/2 hour before serving, remove from oven. Slice. For a perfect roast, use a meat thermometer.
