RIBEYE ROAST (3 LBS.) 
Meat at room temperature. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

At 10 a.m. put roast in oven for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave roast in until 4 p.m. DO NOT OPEN OVEN until 4 p.m.

Leave roast on counter. Before serving, put in 375 degree oven for 25 minutes. Follow directions exactly!
