QUICK WHITE MUFFINS | |
2 c. flour 1/4 c. sugar 3/4 tsp. salt 3 tsp. baking powder 1 beaten egg 1 c. milk 1/4 c. melted butter or shortening Preheat oven 425 degrees. Mix first 4 ingredients. Add beaten egg, milk and melted butter. Spoon into muffin tins. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon (or add 1 cup blueberries and use 3/4 cup milk). Bake 20 minutes. Serve warm. |
