QUICK AND EASY VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
2 (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) can French onion soup
1 (10 oz.) can beef broth (bouillon)
1 pkg. (env.) Knorr's vegetable soup
2 c. water
2 (15 oz.) cans white potatoes, drained
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen soup vegetable mix
1 can corn (optional)

Brown and drain ground beef. Add all ingredients except final 3 vegetables. Simmer on low 30 minutes to 1 hour. Add potatoes, vegetable mix and corn (if desired) and simmer 30 minutes. Makes a good cold weather dinner with a salad and bread.
