QUICK & EASY VEGETABLE RICE SOUP | |
2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables 2 tbsp. chopped scallions or 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 tsp. BLAIR lemon flavoring 1 tbsp. white vinegar 1/2 tsp. BLAIR nutmeg 1 tsp. BLAIR lemon pepper 1 tsp. BLAIR onion salt 1/2 tsp. BLAIR garlic powder 1/4 c. quick cooking rice Bring both to a boil in large saucepan. Add remaining ingredients, except rice. Reduce heat, simmer 4 minutes. Stir in rice, cover, remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
